General

New Canvas

Open the app menu and click on New. In the following menu you can adjust the properties of the new canvas. If you enable the 'physical canvas' option, the canvas will look more realistic and the structure of the background material will be visible through the paint.

Load/Save Canvas

From the load menu you can open previously saved canvases. Please note that currently all saved canvases are stored inside the apps installation folder. If you uninstall the app, this folder will be deleted. You can manually create a backup of these files. The path to the saved canvas files is: com.TNInteractive.GraffitiPaint/files/GraffitiPaintImages. The apps installation folder is located either in the device's internal or external storage under Android/data.

Import Images

You can import images from the load menu. The app will need permission to access the device's storage. Supported file formats are png, jpg and jpeg.

Overlay Menus

Overlay menus are menus displayed in the game world like the tools or color menu. They will always be displayed on top of everything else and you can move and resize them. Overlay menus can be opened from: app menu -> window. 

Presets

There are two types of presets: color presets and spray can presets. Color presets only save a color while spray can presets save a color and all properties of the spray tool (size, opacity, etc.). Presets can be organized in groups. You can mange these groups from the preset menu (app menu -> presets).
Preset groups can be placed in the game world for quick access to your favorite colors/spray cans. When the preset group displays a world icon, the preset group will stay always at the same position. Click on this button to attach the group to the player. It will then always move with the player.

Controls

Google Daydream

The app is designed for Google Daydream. When in game look at the Daydream controller to see what each button is used for.

Cardboard

The app also works with Cardboard. However, a gamepad or at least a touch button on your VR headset is required. By default you will spray at the point that you look at. If you use a gamepad, you can enable an alternative gamepad draw mode by pressing the right stick or from the options menu. This mode allows you to control the crosshair with the right stick of your gamepad. In order to switch to another canvas, you have to look at it.
